Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and company role, provided when your company invites you and when you sign in.
• Work content — the projects, tickets, change orders, labor and material records, photos, and documents you and your company enter into Planmit.

Nothing else. Planmit contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking, and we do not sell your information. We do not collect your location: photos uploaded from the mobile app are re-encoded first, which removes embedded location (GPS) metadata.

How we use and share it

Only to provide the service: creating and submitting tickets, generating PDFs, and — when someone at your company chooses to — emailing a ticket or change order to a general contractor. Your work content is visible within your company according to each person's role, and to general contractor contacts your company explicitly shares it with. Data is processed by our service providers — Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery) — solely on our behalf, and is encrypted in transit.

Deletion and retention

You can delete your account at any time directly in the mobile app (Settings → Delete account), or by emailing support@planmit.com. When your account is deleted, your personal login and access are removed; only a new invitation from your company administrator can restore them. Work records you created within a company (change orders, T&M tickets, and their attachments) are retained by that company as business records.
